At Bellmont Homes, we have been building custom homes, commercial properties and renovating for over 27 years. Our founder, Kory Bellmont, started the company with a vision of providing high-quality homes (no matter the size) at affordable prices.

Owner Kory Bellmont has built extensive experience in the construction industry since 1997. Kory’s career started as a general laborer in excavating, but soon excelled to foreman, project manager, and finally vice president for a development firm. He has led residential and multiplex construction projects for developers and private owner
Owner Kory Bellmont has built extensive experience in the construction industry since 1997. Kory’s career started as a general laborer in excavating, but soon excelled to foreman, project manager, and finally vice president for a development firm. He has led residential and multiplex construction projects for developers and private owners while leading teams in Central Minnesota as well as Hawaii. His depth of knowledge and experience makes him a strong advisor to new homebuyers in his area.
Kory was born and raised in Cold Spring, Minnesota graduating from the Rocori school district in 1996. He relocated back to Central Minnesota in 2008 to raise a family. He strongly believes in giving back to the community through sponsorships and contributions to Youth With A Mission and local 4H. His values at home transition well into his work ethic in the office.
